SHIPPING - Hello We Ship Worldwide!

UK POSTAGE

To keep things simple, we use 'UK Tracked 48' as we feel it is the best value for money all round.

Postage usually takes 2-4 business days and tracked all the way to you!

(If you do need something in a hurry, please get in touch and we will do our best to help!)

REST OF THE WORLD

We use 'International Standard' as a cheaper option or 'International Tracked' so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Orders typically shipped within 24hours if items are in stock. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out Monday.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


RETURNS -
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please include a note with your item and the reason for the return and receipt of purchase.
